The Fastest Way to Avoid Scheduling a Meeting and Just Start Talking

"What is the easiest way to redirect someone asking for a meeting to instead have a Conversation in Carbon Voice?"
I hear this question from customers who have seen the value in eliminating calls and meetings, but wish all of their conversations could happen asynchronously.
The Email Response
My email I reply is very simple explaining the value and sharing the link to the voice memo.
Hi!
Thanks for reaching out. Would love to hear more.
To help get us talking faster, let’s chat asynchronously here. Reply and share a bit more about what you're proposing.

TravisI have this one setup in an email template so I quickly reply if I don't have much information and they are just asking for time.
If instead, there's enough info that could warrant a response, but I'd rather not type or it really should be a conversation, but I don't want to wait for a meeting, I record a voice memo specifically answering this email and share the link to that.
The Voice Memo Script
I have two voice memos I share depending on the situation. If it's a sales person reaching out to get time to qualify or pitch me, I offer a message that says essentially tell me more. (You can hear the one above.)
In that one, I say:
Hey, good to meet you and thanks for reaching out. I would love to learn more in order to help us get the conversation going sooner and be able to talk back and forth and understand what it is you're interested in.
Why don't you just reply here and that will allow us to talk back and forth and can hear more about what you're doing. Thanks. My other message, is typically someone looking for advice or a connection. They aren't selling a product or service, but they are wanting to meet and greet or ask for some advice. That message you can hear, here or see below:
I use asynchronous voice conversations as a way to save meeting time and enable us to actually get talking faster. It allows us to both speak and respond whenever we can, however we want, and wherever we happen to be. Basically, it eliminates time zone and work differences.
If I'm up late at night replying back, it enables all that. And really, I found it to be a super efficient way to get conversations going where we're not really constrained by a calendar time or the clock of a meeting, but really by the natural progression of the conversation.
So to get started, just reply down below. Just hit the reply button, and that will start the conversation with me, and we can go back and forth.
And just start by saying hi or sharing what you wanted to talk about, and we can dive right in.Feel free to copy these or make them your own. You can also include a link on your voice memos if you want to offer more information.
My goal in the messages are to help the person understand the value to them (it typically means we are going to be talking faster), interest (that I really am open to hearing what they have to say), and how it works 'just hit reply below".
Why talk asynchronously?
